From these norms they learn how to think about the world around them.”

Rethink these ideals with new occupations, hair-dos, fashion and cuisines for Barbie.

Barbie Goes to Work

Give Barbie an education. Dress Barbie as a college student with a bag and notebook. Dress Barbie up for your child’s dream job and create a scene for her to work in. A forest ranger Barbie could wear camping gear, boots and sunglasses. Paleontology Barbie could dig up those little rubber dinosaurs in the backyard.

Barbie’s Hungry!

Is your child bored with those plastic shapes called “Barbie food”? Make your own!

]]>
Add some ethnic food. Barbie’s pizza and apple pie need to be spiced up to reflect the American melting pot. Foster diversity and make your own Barbie foods from play dough or craft supplies like popsicle sticks and markers. “Cook” Mexican tacos, Italian fettuccine or Chinese rice.

Teach your child how to prepare a meal using Barbie as a medium. Use play dough to create her favorite dish, set Barbie’s table and consider how much it costs to buy ingredients. Have Ken in the kitchen to help Barbie and challenge women’s role as the cooking housewife.

New Look

Get out the scissors, markers, food coloring and hair clips. It’s time Barbie got a new ‘do. Let your child cut, style and color Barbie’s hair to reflect her own. If your child has red hair in an A-line cut, let her give it to Barbie. Or if you are feeling silly, just let it fly: buzz Barbie’s head or streak her hair blue to defy typical beauty.

Barbie’s clothes look expensive. Make your own from quilt scraps or felt with a needle and thread, scissors, glitter, etc. Make her a space suit for a new occupation or create environmentally friendly clothes by remodeling Barbie’s current wardrobe. Sometimes Barbie’s outfits are a little skimpy. Make them more modest by adding lace to a short skirt or a felt tube-top to that see-through blouse. Help your children realize wearing skimpy outfits doesn’t correlate to personal value.

Pokemon Battle Revolution (Wii) – 09/10 – Courtyard Colosseum

Pokemon Wii

battle

pokemon

revolution
<guid

Under such circumstances the user can depend on the company rating and its past history in releasing firmwares. Many of these early emulators have since been ported to virtually every platform that could support the speed required to run the games or programs.

And with the R4 DS Card for the Nintendo DS, you’re now able to enjoy many of your classic systems, in the palm of your hand. As hand held consoles become more and more powerful, it was only a matter of time that the most popular emulators were ported over. The only thing that was really holding back their potential was the inability to use these emulators on the Nintendo DS or DSi. That all changed with the release of NDS Flash Cards like the R4 Card for the NDS and the R4i-SDHC for the Nintendo DSi. No longer did emulator makes have to even consider creating a cartridge, when the R4 Card was the ultimate homebrew / emulator card available. One of my favorite emulators on my Nintendo DS and R4 Card setup is Stella. Stella is an Atari 2600 emulator that allows you to load and play all of your favorite Atari 2600 games, right on your Nintendo DS console. Games like Pitfall, Phoenix, and Journey bring back memories of days now long gone.

And instead of having to pull out and dust off my Atari 2600 console, I can now comfortably play them on my Nintendo DS system thanks to my R4 Card. Being able to carry around not only some truly unique homebrew games, but also some of my favorite old classic games is what keeps me coming back to the Nintendo DS instead of systems like the PSP. R4 Nintendo DS has a real English version, unlike other copies it is 100% genuine. It has flush fitting Slot-1 card, same size as original DS game cartridge. IT uses MicroSD card (Tran Flash) as storage. Supports different MicroSD card speed with no lag in applications. It is very simple to use. Drag & drop media files to the Micro SD Card & play on DS. Runs application without any lag or slow down. Supports action replay cheat. We can watch movies directly, listen to MP3 & read TXT files on the DS via the use of Moon shell.

Wii-kly Reviews: Pokemon Black White ArtFoilo Unboxing

Pokemon Wii

artfoilo

black

pokemon

reviews

unboxing

white

wii-kly
<guid

Rightly so, one must admit as PES fans unfortunately. The right time for Konami, then, the number one time to roll up neatly. A new control concept makes for a completely unfamiliar feel and gives Pro Evolution Soccer freedom a true football simulation needs.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is tough, so what must be the first time not bad. Stressful, because we control the new demands a lot. Exhausting because there are many new features this year. Good and bad. Stressful because one or the other PES fan will not know right away what he has to think of this game. But first let’s start from the beginning.

The biggest change in Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is the controller. Just as the FIFA series, it demonstrated how in the last year in a similar manner as in the new PES, the absolute freedom of the player in the foreground. The kicker is, the move and fit into 360 degrees and each ball requires an accurate measure of strength. Helpful is that the power bar no longer is at the bottom, but lights just below the right flanks, be, shooting players.

Those who change from the previous version to the new PES will be shocked by their own numerous false passports. The new PES, as regards direction and strength extremely thorough and only now realizes Pro Evo fans how much they had been taken off the CPU. Extremely noticeable when the new control through pass. This fully automatic ball so far been aimed only at a player who appeared to match the most appropriate. This caused a big trouble if the game did not recognize that another, somewhat more distant colleague was posted significantly better.

This can not happen anymore. It’s also nice is that in Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 finally dribbled more. Poorer players are not nearly so clumsy as last, they take more balls to the ball in midfield and can also hold times, instead of playing with him just hot potato. The new trick controls, with all the tricks to Gusto on the right analog stick can also set a pleasant novelty.

The second-biggest update was missed the line-up screen, which can now describe my opinion only in a word, schizophrenic. The good thing about the new tactics screen, that is no longer between several menus back and be hergewechselt needs to the team’s own wishes to establish. On the mini-map, which occupies nearly half of the screen, not just the players to be replaced, thanks to the mouse-like cursor positions are also adjusted by drag and drop is quick.

In our list there are the menus for crew style, strategy and formation templates. New with this tactic, the dynamic editor. With it can be set, in which minute of the game, what tactics the team moving. Depending on whether we lead or lag. This is also done entirely by drag and drop and is definitely one of the positive changes in the installation menu.

The bad new tactics on-screen is that attributes of our kickers, such as the strong base, the game page and the entities it controls positions only visible by pressing a button are. Why these data are simply no longer have to appear in a small window remains a mystery to me. Place would have been enough anyway. Extreme is impractical and that are connected in the view of the day’s form and strength of the players back and forth must. Finally now is the time saved whistle again.

It looks a little better again in Become a Legend mode, in which lots has changed. Now that we no longer just for new clubs on the lookout, but also choose our agents, which requires an appropriate level depending on ability, this mode feels almost like a manager game. The training games in which we recommended to us for the starting XI, there is no more. Although they were quite annoying, but I think it’s a shame. Nothing could make me prouder than to countless, agonizing exercise games to finally be among the first eleven.

]]>
Instead, there is a ranking this year with all the competitors for the desired position where we have to work your a good performance. A cool feature is the short tactics meetings in the locker room. The coach is where it was mostly the same nonsense on his own, but this increases the midst feeling. After playing there next to a detailed balance sheet of praise or criticism from the coach. After bad games are even some encouragement from the team captain.

As in recent years, PES 2011 is optically clear before EA’s competition. The animations look impressive from liquid, the players are extremely detailed and the cut scenes are expertly staged. The audience looks better than ever and also the menu is certainly the prettiest that has seen the series ever. Repeats this year has missed a slight blur effect. Whether this is pretty or not, may ultimately be a matter of taste. My case is not in any case.

For controversy among PES fans will make sure the new camera. A wide-angle perspective that goes easy on the sideline along and aims straight on to the pitch, it no longer exists. Instead, the camera wanders a bit with the ball, turned, however, also something that the closer we come to the gate. Although the controls are not relative to perspective, it is still somewhat unclear.

The sound has improved consistently, however. Hansi Kuepper and Wolf foot now have not only some information about the stages of Europe, special games, like those between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid also anmoderiert particularly euphoric. The stadium atmosphere has also improved significantly. The crowd chants sound less monotonous, and the new stadium announcer, the audience in the arena and says welcome to scorers and substitution. The soundtrack however, provides only a few beads and make a lot of tracks with high nerve factor, but what is there and MP3 playlists editor.

Licenses are, in the PES has always been a vexed issue, this year it looks any event quite well. Champions League, Champions League, Super Cup, Copa Libertadores with this exclusive licenses and German gamers can look forward to Werder Bremen and FC Bayern Munich. Too bad that there are not even a “fake” German League, the Bayern and Bremen are at home. The “fake” English league has finally only two licensed clubs in the repertoire.

The new stadium editor is indeed a nice idea, but unfortunately he is far too cumbersome to use and hence not worth mentioning. An amusing feature is the DLC, for which one can win the points. For example, are available for download classic national teams, balls and haircuts, but what the game takes a little ridiculous. But this is certainly a matter of taste. I for one feel no desire in any case with a Halloween pumpkin on your head against a wooden barrel and an oversized pink candy to compete.

Despite the criticism, the balance sheet for Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 is positive. The new camera and the hidden player attributes in the tactics screen annoying indeed, the totally new feeling is switching to the new part but value. The good news for all PES fans: After years of disappointments, it’s finally back up. Finally we can play the passes, we want to play. Finally we can play football, we want to play. So strenuous that might be.

Dazzle Test Video 5 – Pokemon Battle Revolution (Wii) – Mainstreet Semifinal & Final

Pokemon Wii

battle

dazzle

pokemon

test

video
<guid
